Lazy manufacturer

The track tensioner was only spot welded on the right side. Broke the day we brought it home and were unloading it. Have to buy extra fittings to adapt the hydraulic lines for the thumb. The lines on the excavator are M16 and the lines that came with the hydraulic thumb are only M14. Found several welds on the excavator that will need to be ground out and rewelded. Haven't got to even hardly run the excavator yet because I just keep having to fix things.

The Best Customer Service!!!

The H15R mini excavator was as I expected from watching plenty of YouTube. What I didn’t expect was the excellent customer service. My machine had an unexpected and serious issue. When I found this problem I immediately contacted AGT and they had a tech at my house in 4 days. I’m 5hrs from their Chicago warehouse and their tech drove here with all the right tools and all the right knowledge. I major repair was made in less than an hour.
I had a great sales experience, a great pickup experience and the best repair service. Highly recommend purchasing from AGT Industrial.

My machine was supposed to ship from Chicago but it appears that they were out, so it shipped from LA. It took a little longer than the site listed but understandable since I ordered it a few days before Christmas, so with Christmas and new years holiday it took a little longer.
