AGT Industrial Warranty Policy

Please read and accept our warranty policies below to continue with your warranty claim.

At AGT Industrial, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple and efficient as possible. Please carefully read the following warranty policies before submitting your claim.

To expedite the process, we require photo documentation of the issue(s) and the overall condition of the attachment. Photos must be submitted by email to service@agrotkindustrial.com and info@agrotkindustrial.com. Claims cannot be processed without photo documentation.

AGT Industrial will cover the cost of standard LTL freight and standard ground shipping for warranty parts and attachments sent from our warehouse to the dealer or customer. Expedited services (such as Next Day Air or other premium freight options) are not covered under warranty but may be arranged at the dealer’s or customer’s expense.

Damage caused by human error is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Coverage by Product

Cylinders

• Covered for 1 year.
• Disassembly voids warranty. Submit a claim before attempting repair or disassembly.
• If confirmed defective, cylinders will be replaced. The defective cylinder must be returned to AGT Industrial at the customer’s expense.
• If non-defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping and/or replacement costs.

Breakers

• 1-year parts warranty.
• Disassembly voids warranty.
• Bent or broken tools are not covered.

Brush Cutters (all models)

• 1-year parts warranty.
• Disassembly of blade carrier, housing components, or motor voids warranty.

Grapples

• 1-year parts warranty.
• Faulty cylinders are covered (do not disassemble).
• Bent tines or bent hydraulic cylinders are not covered.

Hoses, Couplers, and Connections

• Hose length varies by machine and is the responsibility of the end user.
• Proper hose routing is required to prevent tangling, pinching, crushing, or damage during operation.
• Hose or coupler damage caused by improper routing is not covered.
• Standard couplers are provided, but compatibility with every machine is not guaranteed.

Hydraulic Motors

• 1-year parts warranty.
• Disassembly voids warranty.
• Blown seals are not covered.
• Motors must be returned to AGT Industrial for evaluation before replacement.

Stump Grinders

• 1-year warranty on parts and labor*.
• Disassembly of housing components or motor voids warranty.
• Broken teeth are not covered.

Sheds/Shelters

• 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Modifications or improper installation void the warranty.
• Designed for temporary outdoor storage only—not intended for heavy snow or wind loads.
• Customers are responsible for verifying suitability for their local weather conditions.

Other Attachments

• All other attachments not listed above are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions

• Bent tines, bent cylinders, and damage caused by external forces (e.g., weather).
• Normal wear items such as blades, teeth, shanks, cutting edges, PTO shafts, and hoses (unless defective at manufacture).
• Any product modified or altered in any way.
• Warranty claims may be declined at AGT Industrial’s discretion.

Warranty Ownership

• Warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from www.agtequipment.com.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Products purchased through third parties, including auction houses—even if listed as “new in box”—are not covered and are sold as is.

Limitation of Liability

AGT Industrial, its employees, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) including lost profits, revenue, or savings, arising from the use of our products.
