Hydraulic Thumb for 1 Ton Mini Excavator | AGT-12EX-HYMZJII

The thumb comes with hoses and bolts to install but lacks nipples to make connection from the thumb to the excavator and I am having difficulty finding what I need to make the connection so at this point the thumb is useless to me.

it probably will work fine once i have an adaptor for the hoses your unit is 16mm and your hoe is 14mm you really should have included the adaptors

I was very dissapointed in the purchase. First my purchase was billed on a previous card I used after I entered a different card. I tried using the phone number for sales with no luck. I finally after some tense time got it straightened out. Prior to this trying to get questions answered is almost impossible. No one would return an email to answer my questions. If the system doesn't improve my next purchases will not be with AGT. This alreadu scared off some of my associates because how a customer is treated after the purchase is a big factor in buying future equipment.
