I've experienced poor customer service/support from AGT.

I've experienced poor customer service. The mini excavator arrived with dents and a scratched hydraulic Piston rod. Although I was told the issues would be resolved, I've received no response for two weeks now after sending multiple emails.

Great little machine

I think this machine will work great for what I got it for. The weather has been too bad to try it out since it arrived.

So far so good

It arrived today. It had a few rub marks on it from the shipper (counterweight was completely scratched to bare metal, the rops on one side was rubbed down to bare metal in 2 spots, and one side panel was rubbed to bare metal) but overall it arrived in working condition. I bought it knowing from other people that I would be adding a hydraulic filter and cooler on it as well as a cooling fan to exhaust the hot air out of the engine compartment. Will also be replacing the grease fittings on the machine as the ones on it are are not standard and a normal grease gun will not work with them. Hopefully by next week I can have the mods done so I can start working with it. For the price I think it’s a great buy and definitely seems to be well built for what it is.
