Refund policy

We offer a 14-days return policy for most new, unopened items, with customers responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are exceptions and cannot be returned. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
