Not a single problem from order to delivery. Had a lift gate drop at the driveway. cut off the wrapping and drove it into the yard. engine oil was good but the hydraulic was only enough to operate. was going to change it anyways. checked all bolts and fittings did not find anything loose or leaking. Installed a hydraulic thumb without issue. would buy again.

I just picked up my new mini excavator, yesterday afternoon.
Thus far I'm pleased with my purchase, also the easy, hassle free, smooth purchase / transaction.

I bought the h12 mini excavator went to Chicago and picked it up and brought it home I also ordered the hydraulic thumb to go with it they told me this was the thumb that I needed to install when I got the thumb in the mail try to put the thumb on the hydraulic fittings on the end we're not the right size to connect to the h12 excavator I had to take it to a hydraulic shop to have it finished also the h12 mini excavator had a lot of loose bolts I had to install two fans one to blow air in and want to pull air out to keep the engine cool

Seems well-built although had a lot of loose bolts when it arrived I do wish tracks had more power and speed but it digs great plenty of power otherwise I think it’s gonna be a great little machine definitely need to add hydraulic cooler and fan
