Should be able to give them no stars. Their tech support pointed to this part for my machine because it was the only sprocket they had in stock. Turns out that it is not the right one for my machine. They asked for my invoice for the machine I bought and took several days before telling me that they are unable to provide a part for a 2024 model excavator and suggest I go to local equipment shops for other brand machines to see if they have a part that would work. They also are taking weeks to provide me with a return label for the part they told me to buy so I'm out almost $200 more. DO NOT BUY THEIR MACHINES. GOD AWFUL QUALITY. So many bolts rattled loose within days of using this new machine and the sprocket snapped after less than 50 hours of use. NO SUPPORT IN THE USA. I filed a case with the FTC to get them banished from doing business in the USA.
